Your Role
We're looking for a Product Design Engineer to own the design of our custody platform end-to-end. You'll be the person who shapes how institutional clients interact with our product — from onboarding flows and dashboards to complex transaction workflows. Beyond hands-on product design, we want someone who can build and optimize AI-powered design workflows to help us move faster and scale our design output. For example; built an AI-powered design workflow that turns numerous custody requirements into ship-ready, interactive multi-sig transaction prototypes in 2-4 days instead of weeks. This is a high-ownership role. You'll work directly with our CTO and engineering team to ship real product, not decks.
What you'll do
- Own product design across our custody platform — research, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex financial and crypto workflows
- Build and maintain our design system
- Set up AI-augmented design workflows and tooling to accelerate output
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design quality in implementation
- Run user research and translate institutional client needs into clear product decisions
- Contribute to front-end implementation where it makes sense
What you bring
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or complex B2B products
- Strong systems thinking — you design for scale, not just individual screens
- Experience with or strong interest in integrating AI tools into design workflows
- Comfortable working in a small team with high autonomy and minimal process
- Solid understanding of front-end development (enough to bridge design and engineering)
- Portfolio that shows craft, clarity, and attention to detail
- Someone that is willing to work hard, commit and deliver
- Experience in crypto, custody, or regulated financial services
- Familiarity with Bitcoin specifically
- Experience building design systems from scratch
- Hands-on front-end skills (React, Tailwind, etc.)
