Your Role
As a part-time IT Support Specialist, you will provide direct technical support to our CTO and executive team. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient operation of devices, software, and access. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with proactive maintenance and process improvement, contributing to a stable IT environment in a fast-growing fintech company.
