Your Role
As a part-time IT Support Specialist, you will provide direct technical support to our CTO and executive team. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient operation of devices, software, and access. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with proactive maintenance and process improvement, contributing to a stable IT environment in a fast-growing fintech company.
What you'll do
  • Provide daily IT support to the CTO and executive team (hardware, software, connectivity).
  • Manage executive devices: setup, updates, backups, and endpoint security.
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding: account creation, access rights, licensing, and device provisioning.
  • Maintain CTO-specific tools: calendar integrations, secure file sharing, video conferencing, and travel-related IT.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents via ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
  • Perform basic security checks: MFA, password resets, phishing awareness, and vulnerability patching.
  • Document recurring issues, runbooks, and self-service guides.
  • Participate in limited on-call rotation (outside business hours).
  • Collaborate with DevOps for escalations related to infrastructure or cloud services.
  • Continuously improve support processes and user experience.
What you bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role or relevant IT education.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Office 365/Google Workspace, VPNs, and basic networking.
  • Experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, Mosyle) and endpoint protection.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IAM.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a VIP/executive support approach.
  • Flexible availability (morning/evening shifts possible).

Nice to Have

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk).
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and secure communication tools (e.g., Signal).
  • Experience in a scale-up or fintech environment.
