As Growth Marketeer, you’ll be responsible for accelerating Blockrise’s growth through data-driven experimentation, conversion optimization, and scalable acquisition channels. You combine creativity with analytical thinking to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to build growth loops, run A/B tests, and implement marketing automation.

What you'll do
  • Design and execute growth experiments (ICE/RICE), including A/B and multivariate testing
  • Optimize the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, referral
  • Manage and scale paid performance channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
  • Set up marketing automation flows (email, in-app, push) using tools like Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo
  • Analyze user behavior with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or Snowplow
  • Build and maintain growth dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Metabase)
  • Collaborate with product on in-product growth (onboarding, feature adoption, viral loops)
  • Drive SEO and organic growth strategies
  • Develop and optimize referral and partner programs
  • Report on ROI, CAC, LTV, payback time and other key growth metrics
  • Contribute to the growth roadmap and quarterly OKRs
What you bring
  • Proven success with paid acquisition (ROAS > 3x) and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, and tracking implementations (client/server-side)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize or custom setups)
  • Solid SQL skills for data extraction and cohort analysis
  • Hands-on experience with paid platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Understanding of statistics: significance, sample size, p-value, confidence intervals
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (copywriting for ads, landing pages, emails)
